Being linked with Danny Haynes from Barnsley again, according to Sky Sports. AP said he NB wants players to fit into our system of play and I feel Haynes would, really quick and right sided, and can put the ball in the back of the net (unlike McLean) http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11713/7407987/Interest-grows-in-Haynes
Hmmm This seasons stats: Haynes played 13 goals scored 0 McClean played 23 goals scored 4 Just saying like!
He scored 6 in 20 last season, in a poor team. This season he's only had 4 league starts, 8 sub appearances(mainly late on) and one cup appearance. Hardly much to judge him on.
Well the question begs if he can't get in the Barnsley starting 11 then should he be getting in ours? Just playing devil's advocate, tbh I don't see him as any different to McClean, and therefore it would be a pointless change. Vaz Te and Butterfield on the other hand? Vaz Te is only contracted to the end of the season and won't sign another. He's been bang on form! We do however seem a grave yard for strikers. They come here to lose goal scoring ability!
Considering he's being kept out of the team by Vaz Te, who's scored 6 in 16 and Davies, who's scored 9 in 18, I don't really think it's too big a reflection on his ability. Keith Hill has just announced that he doesn't figure in his plans and is available for transfer.
Just a rumour I've literally just heard from a guy at work. Saying he's just spoke to somebody, who told him. Don't know how true but thought I would spread the word.
told by whom? i have just been told that the earth is flat. he was from mythomroyd and has never left the villafge
Hope its true, but the beeb seemed certain he was on his way to west ham on their final score programme yesterday
