Now, Alot of people are going to disagree with me on this one, but I think we should not quite write Dani off yet!!

Beginning of this season i would have said, it is not going to work out and he should move on, but i think he may well have learnt what is required to become a proffessional footballer at the top level.

TheGuy has spent the season at Rayo Vallecano and has found it hard to get a first team place. But Rayo have had a very good season and competition in their front line is very hot.

When ever something happens at Liverpool whether good or bad, Dani passes sentiment on Twitter, which is admirable and shows a good deal of respect and love for the club.

If we sell him this summer, we will get nothing for him!!!!! he is not on high wages, so what is the point in selling him for the sake of selling him.

Why not send him out on loan to a club that is going to play him.........Someone who enjoys a mercurial player and will give him the opportunity to shine fo a season.......Southampton?????

Certainly think there is no point in selling him, we should give him another chance to prove himself to us......he is not going to break into our first team next season easily, but a season atanother premier League club, will only increase either his playing value to us or his fee value should we sell him the following year....

The guy is talented and there is no point in selling him for nothing

I think he's being shipped off more to do with his attitude more than anything else. Apparantly he was turning up late and lazy to training and didn't really look interested in putting in the effort to making a career for himself - possibly he burned his bridges with the club at the same time, but I'm not as sure on that detail.

Either way, I'd be amazed if he ever turned up at in Liverpool colours again

I agree. He has flashes of ability, but something didn't happen for him on or off the pitch and wasn't given the chances the likes of Kelly, Shelvey etc have had. He has been shipped off a lot and there must be a reason for that. I don't think he will ever play for us.
