    They all look top players don’t they aswell. Brighton are an extremely well ran unit with a very good manager.

    Gotta be careful here. A good hit rate on transfers turns into a terrible one very quickly!

    But yeah, this has been great recruitment

    Gross was signed before Ashworth was at the club.

    He was technical director at Brighton so wasn’t just in charge of recruitment, more set up and linked all the other departments.

    Brighton bit hit and miss with signings though. For every Trossard there is a Jakanbash. For every Mac Allister there is a Andone.

    Yeah, they struggled to find a good striker by playing moneyball with low transfer fees as sometimes you just have to splash the cash for a real goalscorer. If they had a real CF upfront they'd of been a threat to the big 6 teams much like Leicester were up until recently with Vardy's goals.
