Why didn’t we loan the poor lad out in January if we have no intention in playing him? Been baffled since pre season how he doesn’t get a game ahead of the ****e in centre midfield for us. He must be absolutely dreadful in training to not get picked over the likes of Scowen. LJ really is starting to make some bizarre decisions, let’s hope he addresses them before it’s too late (not getting my hopes up)
He must be getting very demoralised, as will a few others if these team selections don't improve. The players are there the organisation is not.
I think Johnson's still a little bit in that new manager stage of sticking with the old guard when times are tough and he's still getting to know the squad. He seems to rate Neil so hopefully he'll have his chance. I generally find that Johnson will give players a chance if they deserve it/it might solve a problem.
Just bringing in Dan Neil wont solve this teams problems, it needs a complete rethink, and I don't think this manager has any idea of the problems or the solutions, hope he proves me wrong of course I do, but the signs are not encouraging.
