Feel so relieved as the Bees were my main fear regarding the last three games. We now simply have to match the Terriers and have two games to do it in.

I think that Brentford was the easier of the three left as I they have nothing to play for. Unfortunately both Plymouth and Walsall can technically still be safe, so both games will be very hard. Plymouth have been on abit of a run recently, and we can't just draw both games as I expect Huddersfield to win their last game

It will be better for Saints if the opposition have something to play for. They can't just park the bus.

I am fairly confident of Victory against Plymouth .

They HAVE to win to have ANY chance of survival .

They will be Gutted at losing against Exeter ( Massive Derby game for them ) .

Imagine how we would feel losing to Pompey then 48 hours later having to win to avoid relegation .

They will need to be up for it , but can they be .

    Hence my optomism .

IF it goes to the last game I will be Nervous .

Walsall will be fighting for there survival as well .

Today was always going to be the easiest of the three. Monday the hardest.

The fact that Plymouth have to win though really does make it quite fascinating though. At least Bradley isn't there any more.

Interesting you should say that, st brendy, because some were saying that this was the more difficult game. I know Plymouth and Walsall are playing for their lives (and we know what Saints were like on occasions like that), but we seem to be a team full of belief, talent and team spirit. I don't believe that we won't win at least 1 of the remaining games and I reckon we'll win both.

I could certainly see us winning both games. Don't think I'll put money on it, but I seriously would not be surprised.

But Brentford had nothing to play for, were probably already going to be their holidays, and seemed to be getting an every longer injury list as the weeks went by. Banker 3 points for me.

I thought today would have been hardest and by the sounds of it we walked past Brentford a lot of the time today... COYR!

I bet Walsall are praying we beat Plymouth, so we might give them a glimmer of a chance on Saturday.

We need 3 points, one way or the other...

However, me being me, I won't start celebrating until it is mathematically imossible for 'Udders to catch us <ok>

I also thought the Brentford game was going to be tough - it might have had something to do with the 4-4-2 formation that we adopted. Hopefully NA will ditch the 4-1-2-1-2 formation - we seem so much more comfortable in the 4-4-2 formation. Also, Connolly has been inspirational since his recall. Just the right time too with Barnie out.

Plymouth will not be easy, but I do we hope we can come away with the win - I don't want to wait until Saturday!

Listened to the radio today, my heart sank when Bentford won the penalty but as usual Super Kelv saved the day, as i think we were starting to tire as the game went on.
Thats my biggest fear for mondays game, tiredness, hope Nige can keep them all buzzing, Im sure we can win the last 2

plus the slow version of `O`when the saints was fantastic to hear

Every game I think: Typical Saints, this will be the game we lose. Then it doesn't happen. I still have the remnants of my old Saints thinking that I have to get rid of. This team is different under NA's tutelage. We must repeat to ourselves that we won't fail to win one of two games of football and, unlike previous teams, we will do it the first time of asking to set up a party at the Walsall game.

I couldn't believe that Huddersfield managed to equalise so late in the game. Before the match, I predicted they would win away from home and agree with the comments above that they will win their last game as well. I agree about the Plymouth match being difficult although I we have done very well away from home in the last few months. It will be gutting if we miss out yet I think Hudderfield's exceptional run of form would almost certainly mean that their fans would be right in feeling hard done by in missing promotion. Both teams deserve to go up and it will be a travesty if MK Dons, Peterborough or outsiders Bournemouth pip either team in the play-off.

The issue will go to the wire on the last day. My prediction for tomorrow is a 1-1 draw.
