Tuesday brings us NH racing from Market Rasen and AW racing from Lingfield and Southwell.

One that stands out at Market Rasen is Last Shadow 5/2 in the 14.50



I think, as I seem to better when hedging my "bets", I'll have a couple of savers.

Last Shadow 20 points at 5/2 (70)

Savers on (to minimise loss just in case it goes tits up):
Grate Fella 7/2, 6 points (27)
Saffron Wells 6/1, 3 points (21)

Total stake: 29 points , hoping to collect the 70 to produce a profit of 41 points

 

Always had a soft spot for Notnowcato and see he has another of his progeny running tomorrow (in the first) so a little double on the pair, Carry On Sydney and Last Shadow

Has been frustrating and expensive to follow, but looked good indeed when winning lto. Is still fairly unexposed and remains well treated and should deal with the 3lb penalty if in the same mood.

Would be interested to hear if Stick has any info regarding the chances of Venceremos 2.50 Market Rasen tomorrow. Decent bumper form but a bit in and out over hurdles. 14/1 so will have an ew dabble.

But being new on here im not sûre , i know you have competitions at times , but has anyone suggested putting x amount each in the pot , depending on now many enter and entry fée could have a winner takes all or a 1 2 3,
Should be secure enough all you need is sort code and account number and transfer to winner,, just an idea
Any thoughts. ??

 

Was chatting to the owner recently Chan who is a smashing fella. The yard is at a real loss trying to work out what has gone wrong as she looked a lovely prospect early last season. Not been the same since they tried her in a tasty bumper in Ireland. If she recaptured her form she would trot up but until showing signs of a revival she is probably best watched. Owner has a lovely horse that is likely to run in the festival bumper for Phil Fenton.

Also unnecessary as I think to compete for the kudos is enough, I don't think many on here would be comfortable taking money from people they most likely regard as friends. The point of the forum from a punting point of view is a pooling of views and information to attempt to take money from the bookies between us. I cannot even play a mate at pool for money as simply could never take it should I win as just seems wrong.
