Mollyanna 5.50 Clonmel No prices up yet (5/2 tissue price)
Second to Chute Hall last week was a very strong performance as that one had chased home the mighty Faugheen in November. Only got caught late on, slight drop in trip here so should be taking this mares maiden with plenty to spare.

Add to that Boris probably the best two year old race we have seen so far.
I know NASS likes the Olly Stevens horse and there are several highly rated juveniles in the field, especially PINTER, but they absolutely love this DARK PROFIT at home. A half brother to ZAFISIO and despite being a May foal he is apparently very well forward. The yards juveniles have looked pretty decent thus far and this fella could be the pick of the bunch.

Hannon likes to win the opener, winning it 5 years on the bounce until last year. Not seen a price yet but ESTIDHKAAR looks good.

That Estidhkaar a half brother to Toormore too!

Will keep an eye on that race then Stick, could be a nice pointer for Ascot. Portamento didnt look too bad first time out either, expect him to be much more clued up this time.

6.25 Sandown- Norse Star- 7/2

Came second Cheshire Oaks winner Anipa but then won over distance at Nottingham 2 weeks ago, which the step up in distance has seem to bought out the best. Should take all the beating tomorrow

Just noticed there, why is Barzalona on Olly Stevens when Appleby has two in the race, and is this the first time Moore has rode for Godolphin?

Some decent racing today to wet the appetite

Will take on the Stoute jolly in the 3:50 I feel with Equity Risk for Super Kev, cant see it being out the first 3 so it is the prototypical ew shot to nothing for me

will have the customary double as well on the 2 Stick has put up

He rode Fort Knox sometime last week for them Boris, who flew home after getting into all kinds of traffic problems, one for the notebook

Secret Pursuit looks an e/w steal in the Listed race for Fillies. 6/1 with 8 runners. Hope nothing comes out.

I bet the regulars on here wonder who is this sad old winker <doh> spouting his opinion.
Today's two races look quite difficult for the punter as they involve top class runners. I do compile a chart in my own way and then study it to come to a decision, if possible.

Goodwood 3.50 class 2 7f extended sprint hcap on G or firmer.

1. non-runner
2. 2 by consensus rating and 14/1 my calculated price
3. 0 ? (George Guru 2nd last year)
4. 10 2/1 Magic City (C&D3D) reasonably drawn wth Hughes up a plus, can't be discounted.
5. 2 14/1
6. non-runner
7. 1 28/1
8. 10 2/1 Russian Realm 2nd BF 22 days ago, Stoute/Moore, decent draw and speedy with a pull at the weights has to be my choice.
9. 2 14/1 (The Confessor 3rd last year)
10. 3 9/1 (Verse Of Love D6 won 12 days ago Evans/Crowley at least an each-way shout)

Goodwood 4.25 Listed class 1 fillies (can be capricious as we know :)) over almost 10f on firmer than G.

1. 0 consensus rating
2. 2 rated and 25/1 my calculated price
3. 8 5/2 Feedyah 2nd but 84 days ago with Hughes up quite speedy with fair draw.
4. 10 7/4 Jordan Princess 2nd 18 days ago has the form quick enough and has prime draw has to be my choice.
5. 2 25/1
6. 0 ? (Psychometry 4th 15 days ago Stoute/Moore could be my mistake of the day)
7. 8 5/2 Secret Pursuit 2nd 15 days ago and form consistent and quite quick.
8. 0?

Morning, team. Hope everyone well. I trust that everyone will be exercising their prerogative in one of those little booths at some point today. I’ve already exercised mine and it was all over in a flash, let me tell you, as I was so eager to opt for my selected.

No tips from me today but here’s a sobering and cautionary tale re racehorse ownership. Duroble Man, last summer arrived in the county for £130,000 amid a huge fanfare, was instantly made fav for the ‘Triumph’ and at the same time heralded as the latest reincarnation of Pegasus. On Tuesday he was sold at DBS after proving most disappointing for just £14,000! His new connections may have a bargain, though, if they can tap into his believed potential.

Finally, Sticky, your Psychometry is Radiator’s work companion. Meaningless bit of info, I know, but there you go.

Good luck all.
