Meetings at Redcar, Yarmouth, Leicester, Ffos Las, and Ballinrobe (ire).
My main interest centres on Leicester..

    3.15. Leicester.
Elusivity will probably start favourite after his earlier win and subsequent second in a Class 5 handicap at Newmarket.
However, Mr Dream Maker ran well over the same course on his last run in October in a Class 4 maiden.
If fit, his 10lbs pull from Elusivity could prove decisive in this Class 4 Handicap.

    5.15 Leicester.
Beach Babe and May Be Some Time will be the leading fancies here.
Beach Babe has been running well with wins at Warwick and Wolverhampton, but May Be Some Time ran an eyecatching third -running on behind Elusivity in that Newmarket race above.
Dropped a grade and stepping up in trip, I feel the current price of 4/1 will harden tomorrow.
I expect him to start favourite and make him my nap of the day.

What are everyone else's fancies here and elsewhere?
    Good punting!

My NAP of the day is at Redcar @ 3.30- Dialogue- Looked like he was coming back to his best last month when 4th on this track. The up in distance should be in his favour plus his trainer is in great form! Currently @ 2/1 at the mo

I've got 170 cheques to write and post off with statements and covering letters from our show. As soon as I've got rid of these I'll start recording the winnings. I'll go back to the first tips posted on this forum and will include every tip posted in advance of running. For obvious reasons I won't include those notified after (even though proofed).

I think it's been established that we don't want daily competitions so this will be purely informative. I will be able to post winning tips by team and individually as required and if anyone wants a report of all their own tips and results I will be able to provide that by PM if required.

As regards Competitions, what type shall we have for the Derby and Oaks?

Don't see why not Cyc. Presumably a winning Bismarck is equivalent to an even money winner. But if it wins you lose the equivalent of having backed it to win. No reason why we can't offer each other odds (a mini exchange). Not too keen on multiple bets though but I suppose I could cope if kept to a minimum. Also I would like all horses named, as we have done (ie no unnamed fav/2nd fav etc).

For major races do we want an "Arkle-like" comp where you pick 2 horses and the first choice gets 30 points if it wins, 20 if second and 10 if third, and the second choice gets 50% of that. Plus 30 points for the nap if it wins. I think it was something like that. And we could have extra points depending on the SP.

Or would everyone prefer just SP based? I don't mind as long as everyone is happy.

SP would probably make it easier for you mate, but whatever you chose is fine by me.

    Good afternoon all,

I've look through the entire flat cards and can't pick a sausage. lol

There is only one race of slight interest. I'll be very suprised if neither of them places but don't bank on either of them to win. I have done a value bet on betfair both to place only.

    4.45 Leicester
Italian Tom (around 12/5 (3.35) to place only) / Paddys 15/8 to place only bet
Make My Dream (around 4/1 (5.0) to place only) / Paddys 7/2 to place only bet

If either places you're in profit... That is the objective. If both place that is a nice little bonus.

If you must know what I've done is place £15 on each to place and £2 on each to win. Some big prices on Betfair to win.

Welcome mick, we are friendly here, plus follow our selections and you will make money! (not nessecarliy my picks, I have a had a few bad/ok days with tips) I do chuck up the odd occasional gem. But if you follow mainly Islandei, Heisenberg STB, Cyc and King Shergar (just to name a few, sorry if i Have left anyone out) you will win big time!!

I have done a couple of quid on your selections too, just to see what your like!

Today I have done Dialogue (3.30 @ Redcar) & Maybe Some time (5.15 @ Leics) on singles and a double fancy both of these!! <party>

    Good Luck every1!!:smiley-finger007:
