Racing today comes from Leicester, Redcar, Worcester and Galway.

The age old adage that one should never bet on maidens is tried and tested. But what the hell, I'm not betting so I'll fart arse about with the Redcar 15:00, a race over 5 f for those who've yet to be deflowered. It's wide open and choc full of half chances. With this in mind, I thought I'd look for a bit of value. I ended up with a scrubber called Elusive Shadow, who last up was a well beaten third at Beverley, at 200-1. No such price today, Sporting Life has it at 33-1. Although beaten 12L, I think the two in front looked pretty decent, so I'm hoping that Elusive Shadow might be able to struggle into the money at cricket score odds.

    LEICESTER.

    REDCAR.
    14:30 Miss Perfect. Jeff. X
15:00 Elusive Shadow. EW. cyc. X
    15:30 Willbeme. Ollie. N.R.
    17:30 Silly Gilly. Red. X

    WORCESTER.

    GALWAY.
    16:05 Habesh. Ste. 3Rd

I saw six men kicking and punching the mother-in-law. My neighbour said ‘Are you going to help?’ I said, ‘No, Six should be enough.

Morning Cyc. Hope your well and thanks for the thread.

    One for me today:

    3:30 Redcar - Willbeme 7/2

Not normally a race I would be involved in but I backed this in its last race when ran with credit to be 6th. Now eased in grade and with a 7 lb. claimer on board. (Not on in last run.) Just hope they have some ability as don't know anything about them. Conditions ideal. This must go close.

Have a good day all and good luck with all your bets.

Was 7/2 with PP first thing Heise. They were the standout price but I see they have cut him, like you say, into 3s now and is that across the board.

Have a great day at Redcar.

I read that a mother in law in the US is suing her comedian son in law for doing too many of those kind of jokes. :)

I haven't spoken to my mother in law in 18 months, I don't like to interupt her.

I've spent a lot of money following JUANA BELEN can't stop now! Maybe a move away from Catterick will kick her into gear. 6/1

KINGSCROFT looks interesting in the 4.50 at Leicester back down to a winnable mark and on fast ground. 9/1

At Redcar I like the look of MISS PERFECT in the 2.30. She will appreciate the step back up to 7f and i'm hoping the first time visor will help. 12/1 NAP

RUN ALONG BOY in the 3.10 at Worcester looks decent value on his 1/2L defeat to 2nd fav, on 13lb better terms today. 16/1

There's a 16 year old horse running in the 2nd at Worcester today! Anyone know what the oldest age a horse has ever run at before?
