Today's racing comes from Salisbury, Ffos Las, Redcar, and Southwell. Forgive my cynicism- there didn't used to be racing on some Tuesdays when I was a kid. Looking at today's cards, that might not be a bad idea. Quality is awful! I can only post Each way selections among that lot, but here goes... 5.00 Salisbury. Mrs Greeley- Having shown some promise last year in a better grade, Tom Queally's booking looks significant. 5.30 Salisbury Eshtyaaq- Ran a good race last month in a Class 4, he seems to be on the upgrade. Good punting- if you're brave enough!
Absolute shocker of a day Tam. Even a lot of the horse's names are awful. Thought a couple at a price in the first at Salisbury might be worth a look. Maybe a little each way on Plym and One More Roman. Salisbury. 14:15 Plym & One More Roman E.W.
Good morning Tam, Cyc and the rest of the team! I agree about todays racing is the lows of the lows. lol Anyway I will try to scrap some selections out of a very tough day. I'm not as confident about my selections today so back a little less if you follow my tips: 3.35 Reel Buddy Star 16/1 1pt ew 3.35 Just Bond 11/1 1pt win 6.00 Collect Art 1pt win
Southwell 8.30 - Mzuri Bay 4/1 (NAP) L HILL has a very good record with horses she gets from other yards when they make there debut for her. It always pays to watch the market when she has one first time out and this one was 10/1, been very well backed and they dont often leave the money behind. Sailsbury 4.30 - Istishaara 9/4 Southwell 5.45 - Supreme Keano 5/2 Southwell 7.20 - Smart Freddy 11/8 Best of luck all
Well I'm having a field day today. Southwell 18.45 Red Not Blue 20.30 Abnaki 21.00 Western Approaches Salisbury 14.45 Emma Jean (nap) 16.30 Istishaara 17.00 Mrs Greeley 17.30 Phonic 18.00 Collect Art Redcar 15.35 Collateral Damage 17.15 Final Liberation Please God let me have one winner.
Hello All - just to say I've finally registered on this site as well as ja606. The latter seemed to blow it somewhat by being down for a few days after 606 closed. This one seems to be picking up nicely though. Afraid I've nothing interesting to say at this juncture (so no change there then!)
Quite a bit but I enjoy the thrill of backing winners and shouting them down to the finish. I don't think I'll enjoy watching horses to lose even if there was money to be made.
If we just ignore a couple of Ron's other selections he typed by mistake he tipped two fantastic winners!!
I know what you mean STB. I'm the same. I'm referring to the latter sentence of course. What's the thrill of backing winners like. I do have a vague recollection.
