Tomorrow's racing comes from Epsom, Haydock, Leopardstown, Newbury, Perth, and Yarmouth.

It is interesting to note that former high class Australian sprinter, Exceed and Excel, has enjoyed great success at stud with his sprinters - and especially his two year olds which turn out smart and precocious.
His sprinting progeny(at 5-6 furlongs) show a 14% strike rate for all ages, and his two year olds better that to achieve 15%.

Tomorrow, he has two debutantes- Lovage for Roger Charlton in 7.05 at his home track, Newbury , and Aim Higher for John Gosden in 2.10 at Yarmouth.

Whatever the fate of Lovage, I should expect Aim Higher (an early January foal) to be forward enough to win a weak looking race. His current price of 9/2 on Betfair looks attractive.

What do other members fancy here and the other meetings?
Good punting and best wishes to you all.

No naps from me today folks, yesterday my red hot chance crashed and burned in the first at Catterick. It went down in a photo after making all. I didn't see AOB anywhere, but as he's the proverbial whipping boy around here, I'm more than happy to join in, and lay the blame at his feet. Seriously though, I've long suspected that the man has a personal grudge against me, and as such, jumped at the chance to to belt me in the back of the head, so to speak. Yes, the more I think about it, the more I'm sure that he must have had a hand in my undoing. The contemptible bastard.

    P.S. Good morning Tam.

Listen, Cyclonic, obviously you'll wallop AOB at chess- so long as he doesn't do what he does in Group Ones -have more pieces to start with than you! :cheesy:
PS. What's the answer to Sir Percy's appendage- I'm dying to find out what devious, down-under dongler you've dragged out of the billabong!

    2:10-Invincible Dream E/W 7/1 BOG

Backed this filly on Debut at Salisbury last week when she travelled supremely through the race but met trouble in running on at least 5 occasions and had to be snatched up so that 5th reads better than it looks on paper. Can go very close here.

    2:40-Justineo PATENT

Son of Oasis Dream who was sent off very short on debut at Nottingham,Only finished 3rd that day but was given a very easy ride. Will have learnt a lot from that and can go 1 better here.

    Perth

    2:20-Wikaala PATENT

Strong travelling horse who won twice last summer including over C+D.Has been over fences in recent months and found little for pressure but will be very hard to beat on these terms now back over Timber.

    2:50-Sounds Of Thunder PATENT

Progressing nicely over Hurdles making it 3 on the bounce at Wetherby last month.Ran well on the flat earlier this month and with the tendancy of her 2 market rivals to find nothing off the bridle will take all the stopping again.

    3;20-Mr.Nobody 5/1 BOG

5th from a horrible position when fitted with a Tongue Tie over 2m5f at Limerick last month and this longer trip sure to suit and of course its Ruby Walsh and Tony Martin wink wink.

    3:50-Adrianeo 3/1 BOG

What a shock a Tony Martin horse pulled up in his last 2 starts all be it they weren't for tony.He has won a point and was a good 3rd over C+D before joing Tony Martin and with Ruby booked on debut a big run will be expected.

  7. Two great shouts yesterday ORPSIE BOY who i had at 16/1 on Bet 365 and NUDGE AND NURDLE who was placed at 14/1 thank heaven for BOG and Bet365, added to that I managed to get on ORPSIE BOY and LIGHT THE CITY on course at Catterick at odds of 10/1 and 11/1 respectively, hope some of you managed to have a play. Sadly DAPPER DANCER didnt impress on her debut, however, she did look a very nice type and I am sure there will be a race out there for her somewhere.

Today my early fancy is the Mr MEEHAN trained BUCKLAND 16/1 who runs in the 4.40 YARMOUTH off a nice mark of 79 and would have gone closer LTO out off the same mark but was hampered and lost his place 5f out, however, managed to rally and run on again and finish a credible 6th beaten by 5 1/4 lengths, added to that the extra furlong will be to his liking as the majority of his races have been over 7f to 8f and his performances recentley have suggested he may need further and is my EW bet for today.

Tam, the news on Sir Percy's appalling appendage is best kept between him and his GP. The "appendage" link to the quiz was centered on a Percy being a prick. Not him personally, I'm sure he's a very nice person, but of the member type. I usually travel in more refined circles, so I had no idea of the name and the "thing" being one and the same. So I asked my chess coach, who just happens to be a rather uncouth chap, but has a mind like a steel trap, to propose a question for a quick quiz. I didn't understand a word of what he handed me, but my trust in the man is of paramount importance to him, so I just posted what he gave me. I hope the bastard hasn't caused an international stink between our two great countries.

Morning, all. I like the look of one running at Yarmouth this afternoon for Sir Michael. Namely Levitate (4.40). Although he is yet to win in 5 career attempts this one has run with credit on both outings this term and there has been a lot to like about his pair of recent 3rd places. The animal that finished immediately behind Levitate last time out has since gone onto win his only race, a mark of 76 looks more than fair and the fact that Levitate is stepped up in trip this afternoon is another plus as he was staying on well on his last racecourse appearance. I really believe that Levitate can rise to the occasion today and ascend to the old winner's enclosure.

antidistinctlyminty, anything's legal in Aussie- they're a bunch of nutters over there (Cyclonic excepted). The trouble with "dragging their donglers out of the billabong" is that you'd have to find them first!
PS. Did you have to choose a username like that?
Typing's not my strong point- I had about four goes at it before I got it right!
Why not change it to Minty- or ADM- or Polo?

    Morning all

Broom I bet he was happy when that was over <party>

great tipping yesterday well done all espec by Wayward - happy with my 9-4 NAP - defs a potential group 1 filly now is Emolous.

I have got a feeling today is the day for PRESIDENT LINCOLN (8.00 LEOP) to get rid of the maiden tag. Runs in a poor handicap here and he didn't seem to fire with the blinkers on last time out, a return to his best form will see him bang there come the finish. 7-1 seems a very fair price:emoticon-0100-smile

    Morning all
    Great day yesterday at Catt
met Wayward and the Don good lads, Wayward on fire, and the Don won his train fare back on the 2nd race

Good to see Gaz again but he was on cloud 9 when i told him Scholesy was in the Owners bar and and he was like a school girl with a crush.

Dappers Dancer Last !!!! but who cares (me and the Don) Rob Winston said she did not like the undulating ground and she started to loose her carriage so he eased right up on her (Dave Omeara called in to stewards after to explain and confirm) She has a entery for Southwell on Tuesday night all being well, she came back with a small nick but is treatable with anti biotics which wont affect her entry, Conclusion Very Green but good experience, will let you know more when we know

Ryans entry in same race is a machine but did not like the undulation so watch for her again

    Today
Hughesy confident on Mr Tally man @ Perth

    Stay Frosty
