I am not too bad in the grand scheme of things, still got issues post lorries but I am making do and without medication too!! Hopefully next year will be a better one!!

And yourself? Are the seasons treating you well in the Southern Hemi?

Morning all, i hope we are all in fine fettle on what seems to be a gloriously looking and slightly crisp morning... At least the wind has died down, it was blowing a hoolie round here last night...

Not looked at the cards proper yet, but ive seen a few that i might be playing along with today... <ok>

And if we are going on Daily quotes, as Cyccy seems to be doing then heres one i like...

'If the bible has taught us nothing else, and is hasnt, it's that girls should stick to girl's sports, such as hot oil wrestling, foxy boxing, and such and such...'

    Homer Sipmson - 2009

    Back in a bit... Cheers

Morning everyone, death by meetings for me so far today <yikes>

Thanks for asking Nass, I have had an aching back for the last 3 weeks, no idea why. Old age probably. Starting to really piss me off though - it's a bad start to the day when it's painful just getting out of bed. I think it's muscular because applying heat really helps.

I'm lumbering the younger son of Twister, William, with my nap today - Nudge And Nurdle in the 2.10 at Wincanton. Been tumbling down the weight and now at 116 (last victory at Sandown off 118) and William takes off another 7. Shame there's only 7 runners as I would have him an e/w banker with 3 places but a small win bet has been placed <ok>

Above The Stars would have a chance in the last at Wolvo but Tony Hamilton couldn't ride Jordan in a nudist Durex Factory, so that puts me off.
