In these times of austerity a home match on a Tuesday night, directly after a home match on Saturday burns quite a hole in the pockets of those who attend both games. I am posting this poll without prior knowledge as to the number of Season Ticket holders there are at Fratton Park, so forgive me if any of the options on this poll sound a bit absurd.

Peterborough, with out wishing to sound disrespectful, are not exactly crowd pullers such as the likes of, say, Leeds, West Ham, Southampton.

So what do you think the attendance will be on Tuesday evening?

I have made the poll public in anticipation of votes cast by our "friends" [sorry , drop the 'r'] <whistle>

  2. Devon,
I come as neither friend nor 'fiend' but wanted to ask simply, can the club not award discount tickets to all the service men and women living in PO? I thought clubs were fully behind this help for heroes initiative? Perhaps £5 per ticket on production of a forces ID card, that would get bums on seats.

Nah, I don't think the cost of entry to a Football Match should be determined by your 'day job', no matter how worthy that is, or how big the bandwagon is.....

I seriously think the club should allow you to pay at the turnstiles rather than buy in advance. That would surely boost gates with 'impulse attendees' who, along with a couple of mates, find themselves at a loose end and one of them says "let's go to the match tonight..."

uite right - it's a problem up and down the country for all but the top clubs.
