Trust me to leave cider of the list. I remember losing many a Saturday afternoon/evening after swigging back too many Old Rosies in the Union Rooms in Plymouth :emoticon-0175-drunk

What's the weather like in Cyprus in mid December Dev? I'm taking a week off and want to go somewhere hot. Off to Corfu in two weeks time.

December can be variable. If you're lucky you will still be greeted by sunshine and temps in the 20s. Bring a jumper and light jacket for the night-times though as it can get a bit chilly. We do some-times get some rain in December and the weather can change at the drop of a hat. A couple of years ago, on Christmas Day I was swimming in the sea and drying off in the sun with a glass of Merlot, but was sheltering in the pub from the rain within a couple of hours!
If you venture up to troodos you may be lucky enough to see some snow!

I either enjoy a Guinness at the pub, San Miguel when drinking at my house or Shots of Sambuca or Tequila when I'm out downtown.

Used to like cider, but now I can't stand the smell of that stuff. Would also like to try Crunk Juice, 12% Energy drink all the way from the USA.

Hi Dev, it used to be anything on your list that happened to be around at the time.
Nowadays, you would find me, most probably, on the end of an Espresso con panna.

I am particularly fond of TEA - the Hogs back Brewery kind <ale>, although a good old cuppa does take a lot of beating before the midday gun. :emoticon-0162-coffe I am also fond of a good wine, red or white (or champagne<bubbly>), and a drop of port goes down a treat. A G&T takes a lot of beating on a balmy evening and good single malt on a cold winter's night can also hit the spot. There again, cocktails can be fun. :emoticon-0168-drink Damn it, I'll drink just about anything except coffee! <cheers>

I see that we share a similarly broad taste in beverages, although I am also happy with a coffee. My Father-in-law has a lot to answer for after introducing me to Laithwaites. Nothing under about 14% abv in the red wine. Black Stump is a favourite; goes down like a velvet slipper!
