It is already Dag & Red 0-2 Port Vale at 9 minutes, can this get much worse, not good for the goal different either for us.

We need to stop caring about other games. The fact is that if we do what we have to do then we will win the league, no point worrying about other teams.

I think there are a lot of frustrations coming out at the moment with Gills fans, with the home defeat on Boxing Day and then today's postponed game, we might becoming slightly emotionally strained!

Let us look at the positives, we will have no excuses for the players not being refreshed against Southend after any Christmas hang ups, also we will have a game in hand over Vale, to gain back top spot. Le crunch though will surely come on Saturday 12th January v Port Vale, if we can prevent Southend from gaining any advantage against us.

    Nervous next three games.

If I am reading the Port Vale official twitter site correctly, MA is at this game.

We are second now but in other news Southend lost I did not want that to happen as I wanted Burton to save that for us to do now they will go for a win even more. You can look at that in a good and also a bad way.

I am glad Southend lost, it keeps a five point gap between us and the playoffs.

BRB....me too. Just a shame that our long term occupation of the top spot has gone. However on the last few weeks form we were very lucky to stay there. Transfer window.....bring it on.
