Wanted to know why dead rfc PRIZE money had been distributed among SPL clubs and not gone into the creditors pot. Well the answer is..........because it is PRIZE money. Rfc broke SPL regulations by going into admin on 14thFeb 2012 and as such were not due any prize money, so money which should have gone to 2nd place is retained by SPL to do with as they wish. Secondly, precisely because it is PRIZE money and not money owed to rfc for business activities it does not have to go into the creditors pot. Does this guy seriously think that the SPL did not take legal advice to clarify their positions and the choice they made. He is one of the sad bad sevconians who believe in a papal and Celtic conspiracy, absolutely nothing to do with rfc owing £134m and gawd knows how much to the public purse. Absolute clown of a man. Only embarrasses himself every time he phones. Idiot thinks he has uncovered something, which no one else knows about. Even sadder than him though is that no one on this allegedly knowledgable panel knew the answer. Maybe the bad had hit Andy Walkers heid too often.
He seemed overly concerned that Rangers creditors should have got that prize money and not Celtic (he never actually mentioned the other SPL Clubs getting a cut). I've heard the guy on a few times now and he would put Mogadon to sleep. He is always asking if there are any updates on matters where there clearly has been no update or it would have been on the news.
Nearly as stupid as Ally Mccoist , who says there is witch hunt against Rangers . If they are so confident they 've done nothing wrong , why didn't they just hand all the documents over and let the investigation begin into the ebts ???
