    I was wondering about him.

He's a very good player and can't be happy playing under a man with such limited tactics in front of small crowds.
Life on Humberside can't be great despite their ludicrous 'city of culture' ****e.

He'd be much better off playing in front of 40,000 people in a ground that isn't owned by the local council <ok>

Would take him and seems to fit into our current recruitment policy. Still, don't see it.

Had a great season, but can't see it happening

Not like we'd be a massive step-up from Hull

Probably just his agent trying to get him a better contract

    Great season for Hull...!?
Getting a 'flashback'... Michael Turner anyone?!
Would still like this 'journo rumour' to be true like!

Never rated him until last season, when he was excellent.

Still not someone I'm overly keen on us signing.

This. In fact there's only long in the entire Hull squad I'd take.

Surprised we arent after Craig Dawson tbh

24 year old English CB playing for WBA...

Young, has EPL experience and is English...seems to fit a certain criteria set by Poyet and Congerton

Plus could help Billy Jones to settle in

He's currently being offered an improved deal, I suspect this link is just to make sure it's improved a bit more.

The Hull lads are going to tear this thread a new one. Why on Earth would he leave to sign for you?

Are you serious, it's an offhand link to a newspaper story ....... how can you 'tear this thread a new one'?

You'd be better off reading the posts before you blunder in and embarrass yourself <ok>

4 of the first 5 posts say they think it's nothing but a daft rumour, 1 was fishing.

Posts 7,8,9, 10, 11 and 13 either think it's just paper talk or don't want him.

Two of the others are from Hull posters ......... no one has said they believe the story.

So how are you going to tear anybody a new one <doh>

Same reason you'd leave Katie Hopkins for Katy Perry.
