Don't know if this has been talked about elsewhere as I was away at Sandy Bay during the weekend, but would you lot fancy a return for Jamie? I would personally love to see him back here, not only as he is a gas legend, but because I believe, even at his age, he would offer us a good option for experience and watching him in the legends match, he's definitely still got it!

Thoughts?

I'm a bit puzzled. Why Cureton if we could keep McGleish?
They are both proven goalscorers, but McGleish is more
adaptable and possibly a better role model for such as
Richards.
Only a year or so between them.

Perhaps he is past it...I dunno but I still think he has got it in him.

For anyone who didn't see Jamies awesome goal at the mem in the legends game, here it is ;)

Chris you ain't my friend anymore, Bluebaldie you are stating to sound so bitter towards me, maybe it's because you fancy me, I'm not into rusty trombones ;)

Whats happened to mangotsfieldgas ? Or what ever he called himself, he was always up for a banter

ROD, changed jobs so not able to get on very often but i am watching my friend and will try to get on when i can to abuse you. I've also been busy having trombone lessons!!!!

Can anybody fill me in with what happened to my mate CJS?

Mango.

Hi Mango - good to see you're keeping an eye on us!

CJS has endured a close family bereavement that has somewhat knocked him for six. He doesn't feel able to carry on moderating this board for the moment, but hopefully time will heal and he'll be back.

The board has gone quite quiet as a result as CJS was its anchor.

As you can see, we've still got the likes of ROD coming on with his hilarious banter; I've enrolled him on a course of rusty trombone lessons - apparently he's a natural <laugh>

Hope to see you, CJS and others back on the board as we approach the coming season -meanwhile, have a great summer <ok>

Thanks BB i can't wait for the new season to start as things looking good for us.

For our inbred freinds from the South of Bristol, i see a summer of discontent when you realize that you have no money for signings and the fact that no-one wants to come to BCFC.
