9 changes since Tuesday for us,none for Portsmouth it seems only one side is taking this seriously.
0-2 now!!

 

2 down, my forecast of 3 by half time, already looking too kind.

0-2, gonna be a shocker of an afternoon. You make your own luck!

 

My prediction is looking unlikely.

Cornell is abysmal. Where’s Harry Wright?

 

Usual Cup day, we field a weakened side and get stuffed, where is the sense in giving a game to players who are not worth a first team place usually ?

 

Out on loan,Sweden?

 

I think if you’re a top side and your kids are better than the opposition it’s a good idea. I think it’s fine to rotate a few players and give younger players a run out but the time to do that is as a substitute in any game that’s already won or when you need a burst of energy because other players are tiring.

I think throwing the cup games by changing the whole side is short sighted and detrimental to the league campaign and to finances as well.

I’m sick of it.

 

If we got points for directionless passages of play... we'd probably be incisive and direct....

In summary this is awful to watch.

 

No pace, no passion, no fight, and a maximum of 2 of our players in their box when we do get to the other end so no chance of scoring, sick to death of successive managers not respecting this competition and making a laughing stock of our Club.

 

Lots of meaningless possession with tippy tappy passes in our own half getting us nowhere.

How Kenlock is still getting paid to impersonate a footballer I don’t know, he has never been close to being a mediocre player.

 

Based on this performance we could enter the competition at qualifying round 1 and still be outplayed, out fought and out thought.

 

Thoroughly depressing isn’t it?

 

What has happened to Emyr Huws? Really good footballer before injury. I actually forgot his was playing until he got a touch just before the half. Love to hear what PL could possibly say was positive about that half
