We still can't do proper ones, and I don't know when we'll be able to. In the mean time though, I've been playing around with the moderator functions. Having "accidentally" moved sharpshooter's wumming post the other night to the Blackpool board I've found a way to create a thread on another team's board with a link on ours. It's not a proper cross board thread. It'll appear on the other board like a normal thread, but on ours it will look like one of the merged threads. The downside is that when someone makes a post on the thread it doesn't come back to the top of the screen, and I can't make it a stickie because I'm not able to make stickies on other boards. Given we're quite busy and it'll drop down to about page 3 by Saturday there's no point me doing it yet. But since there'll no doubt be a match thread for the Coventry game, on Saturday morning I'll try it out before I head to the ground. There's nobody actually on the Coventry board, but it's more to test how it works out on this board during a game, whether it's worth me doing it for other games or whether it disappears too quickly. NB: If it does work well I'll just be doing it to match threads, or if there's something significant like a player signing is confirmed.
