I always said I would keep a book of imaginary bets that I would of had and see how much I would of lost but never got round to it.
To be honest my gambling was getting out of hand and was losing £200-£300 a month, which was ok on my old wages but not on my new ‘NHS’ wage.......
The problem is, a big win would always drag me back but before long I’d lose the lot and then a load more on top. Been locked out now since 13th April and hoping I might of cracked it

Been there mate, it's a curse. I lost a large amount of money some years back spread betting. I still have a bet, but just fivers and tenners now.

Best stay off it if you can.

Totally mate.......the betting companies are very clever and will draw you in with free bets and offers every so often. For me I have to go ‘cold turkey’......and self exclusion was a big step ‘cos I was never able to watch sport and enjoy it without a bet......I’m getting there slowly.

Another win gained in the field rather than with the bat. Nice. Though a tense chase down of a big total would be good to see as well. Well done Bangladesh.

Moeen puts the brakes on Pakistan who were off to a flier. I kind of hope they make a big score and give England something to chase. Trent Bridge is where England score big.
 
62 off the first 8 overs, then 28 off the second eight (and a wicket). England have done well to slow it down.

Now Moeen's got another - England on top now.
