A 3rd away game in succession for the Gills, will see our threadbare squad head to Crewe Alexandra - Can we pick up 3 points against the side bottom of the division?

    Another 6 pointer.
If Gills can muster enough players think we will win

I've raised concerns about relegation, and those concerns still remain. The only hope I have is that Evans turned it around after the January window last season, and we continued on without once having to look over our shoulder. We know what the points target needs to be and at the moment it still seems a long way off.

We are only two points from the drop zone, and the other teams have one and two games in hand on us.

Crewe's record is appalling, but I think it was as @itstimupnorth highlighted to us was it last week, that we are struggling against the teams around us. Crewe's record reads, Lost Lost Lost Drew Lost.

No if's no buts, we have to win this and a point is not good enough, I know, I know injuries...

Crewe 0-1 Gills (anyone with two working legs)

Firstly, I have to make a point of the abysmal tactics The Gaffer used last week. Not even Italy has used such fall to the ground tactics
At one stage we had 4 players on the ground !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3 not even near the ball
As some have mentioned, today's game is a massive 6 pointer and we have a good past record against them. Lose today and I feel the season is over for us, with teams around us having 1 or 2 games in hand on us.
They have only won 1 game all season and at an average concession of 2.65 so I am going with my heart
I see Stevenage is keen to have our Gaffer, maybe the only reason for not letting him go is? who the F^%K would we get to take his place?

    Alex 0 v 3 MKB ( Oliver, Dempsey and Sithole )

    Crewe 2 - 1 Gillingham (Long, Lowery - McKenzie)

But frankly I can't really see where our goal is going to come from - the 1 I've predicted is unrestrained optimism.
