    I think what McCarthy's saying is - ME is in charge of the vision for the team, not me, if ME wants to accept an offer he will do. It sounds like a sideswipe, and not the first we've heard from a manager in the last five years.

    It's certainly not the sort of language we would expect from a man who is content with his situation.
