you're bored? I looked up their result from their game against Popa this afternoon. They lost 2-1. Popa scored with a Jippo own goal in the opening minute.

yes, i'm keeping tabs on Finnish football!!!

incidentally, Vikingur are drawing with Fylkir 0-0 after 26 mins but Starnan are beating Grinavik 2-1 thanks to two goals in two minutes from Johansson and Bjornsson.

ah, thats Iceland...not in the same class as Finnish football. The mighty Popa recently drew a record crowd of 1750... need I say more?

I just noticed they've got 18 sponsors and from what I can make out, every one of them is on the kit...a marketing master stroke.

I think I'll join you...give the Jippo's some stick as well.

I'm moving over there :)

Porin Stadion

FC PoPa plays their home matches at the legendary “stadium of eternal wind” where a maximum of 4000 spectators are provided with plastic seats covered with roof, and there is extra room for 8000 spectators seated or standing. FC PoPa has lost only one home match during four years, and there have been 50 games altogether - so the home stadium is a real fever pitch...

'The Stadium of Eternal Wind'....you couldn't make it up.

Windy stadium 'n all!
Maybe convince the Missus of a summer holiday there and catch a game...got some great memories of Helsinki with Wales, but I was single back then, if you get my drift!
