Well I thought we played well against a higher division team. We had our chances to win the game with Norburns shot that hit the bar and Harrold right at the end which was cleared off the line. Game was pretty even and we held our own. Mildenhall keeps his 3rd clean sheet in a row which will give him and the defence much needed confidence. I think we are sound now at the back and we got McChrystal yet to come back along with Woodards and dare I say it Kenneth <laugh> Just need someone on the wings and pace up front which Ward should get ASAP in the transfer window. If we can sort out our attack then I see no reason why we can push up the league.

So, we are in the hat for the 3rd round draw which takes place tomorrow after the City vs Tamworth game. Rovers/Crawley are ball 48.

3rd round is where the big boys enter. If we get through, who do you want? Man United for me as its a great time to face them!

What we are seeing now are real 'team' performances...everyone pulling their weight.
Two superb saves by Mildenhall; and Norburn's powerful shot against the underside
of their crossbar and Richards' swerving goalbound shot turned away one-handed by
    their 'keeper.
I wouldn't bring JJ back into this team; they are playing so well for one another.
Tamworth at home would be good for the 3rd round!

    Short highlights, incl Norburn's shot................

    ITV's football coverage is crap.

Thank goodness the FA Cup is coming back to the BBC.
