Craven Cottage 10k run 8th Feb

Dear All

Just to say …I didnt collapse and on a lovely morning in Fulham finished the 10k charity run..45mins 15 secs which was not too shabby..(Boa Morte took 46mins and 30+ last year and he’s quite a lot younger..and fitter!)

33rd overall as well (not out of 34 but a few hundred!)

I didn’t realise Fulham Foundation had another link via virgin but the money goes to Prostate Cancer charity directly and tis a great cause..thanks again and time for a beer!
