Was anyone else shocked that he was totally out of his depth at international level?

Bringing back a Steven Fletcher after what happened between them stunk of desperation and it was probably the straw the broke the donkeys back

Just like when he was here - filled his team with mediocre players from Scotland.

Unlike here he didn't really have a choice being the Scotland manager.

We've had some strange manager appointments over the years!

The man had no track record down here..apart form fooking us up, soon as I saw rab douglas I knew he was a pants manager.. built his rep in scotland.. with mediocre teams...but nobody can fashion a good international outfit with the raw materials they have to work with...

Yeah, but there's international teams and there's international teams. I don't imagine you need a whole bunch of success to manager Guatemala or Sudan either.

Mind you no manager stood a chance with us during that period, then Mandy came and it went even more bizarre! Ever since Micky Adams left it never felt right until NP arrived and gave us 2 cracking seasons, ah happy times....

Take Bale out and are they still better?

I wouldn't say so, i'd say they're about the same.

With Bale though they always have that threat, he's a fabulous player.

I'm really disappointed to hear that a donkey's had his back broken.

Does anyone know how the camel is?

If you're going to take out Wales' good player then you're going to have to take out Scotland's least **** player as well.
