Morning all, four top scorers in the A-League yesterday, all with 19 pts, were, RiverEndRick, cardinalcanary, JediCanary, and Tomatoehead. In the B-League, top scorer was General Melchett with 12 pts, so well done to them.

I admit to not understanding your scoring system RBF. Apparently I am 17th in the "a" league but lead the Cowlingship. Confused.com

 

Quite correct eadie, there´s nothing particularly confusing about that, or at least I don´t think there is . A-League, with line-up, bench, shots on, and corners predicting, has one division only, while B-League, with HT/FT score, 1st City scorer and City match possession predicting, still has the two, with promotion/relegation each month. As it looks right now, you stand to be promoted from the Cowlingship to the Championship of the B-League after the Blackburn game, and if you do, I shall be the first to congratulate you.

Yep, getting to the business end now chippy, and although both you and Rick still look fairly comfortable to me, I´m not putting any money on it just yet.

Yes it is - and in my youth I ran a half marathon (in I hr 24 mins 46 secs), so I don´t know whether that counts for anything I know one thing, I was ruddy tired at the end of it

 

The most I ever ran competitively was 2 miles in Cross Country. I did run 8 miles after school ever day in training though.
