    Hello!

Well done and thank-you to all of you who predicted in the CPL Cup. We had some interesting results, some psychic predictions, and this being the CPL, some pretty pants predictions as well, but it all led to 32 being dwindled down to 16.

I am also grateful to announce that, although Thai noticed a way for any player drawn at home to cheat, no player took advantage of the method, and the rules for the next round of CPL Cup fixtures will be tweaked to ensure that no-one can cheat their way through in future.

    The results:

    royalbarclayfan 3 - 4 BillyNCFC

    CanaryWorf 5 - 4 Maestro

    norwichman1 6 - 5 chinacanary

    ChrisAcle08 5 - 5 Canary737 (ChrisAcle08 wins on attendance, as Canary737 forgot to make an attendance prediction)

    stilljaroldcanary 6 - 7 carrow_city

Hucks for Manager 6 - 5 VectisCanary (Commiserations Vectis <ok>)

ThaiCanary 6 - 5 Superman wears Grant Holt pyjamas in bed

    NCFC Dorset Branch 8 - 1 ncgandy

    oldcanariesfan 3 - 5 Tomatoehead

    Kent canary 2 - 4 CornishCanary

    canarie-chippy 5 - 4 s-l-h-cnary

    Harry 1 - 4 RiverEndRick

    KillerCanaryKris 5 - 4 cardinalcanary

    barclayenddan 5 - 4 canary-dave

    Tony_Munky_Canary 3 - 12 Bravo_Win_or_Die

    tipsycanary 8 - 5 CanaryPhilip

Here's hoping for a predictable outcome (unless we get United, City or Chelsea away!) in Round 4! <cheers>

    HFM.

I'm up for it, nothing like a consolation prize, and let's face it, the Sherpa Van Trophy is nothing like a consolation prize!

Well played Superman, it was close fought and tough game but home advantage was the key on the day as the infamous 12th man played it's part big time <ok>

Home draw next round please HFM

When the thread for the Luton predictions goes up, most likely. <ok>

And I think I will organise a Sherpa Vans Trophy-like competition, china. I might not call it that though, or else we might not get a multi-million TV deal for it like the CPL Cup...

well played thai. slightly dubious decisions went your way on the day but i'm not bitter and won't use the terrible officiating as an excuse, even though i obviously would have won the match under a different referee. at least i'm taking the dodgy defeat on the chin and not making stuff up to defend myself.

it seems my mind games weren't up to sir alex's standard!
