Don't know if anyone has seen some of the Man City documentary on Amazon. It's good. Did get me thinking what would it be like if they did a NUFC one...everything happening at City seems to be extremely professional. Really top people in decision making positions. I reckon it would look fairly embarrassing in comparison at NUFC.
Furthest extreme, though, Man C. Budget of a small country - on that I do agree with Mike. With Mike we'll always be knackered. We really shouldn't have Rafa, he completely belies the set-up and offers up the wrong kind of hope. In essence we have Barnes doing the Llambias job, but as a silent partner, then you have Lee in a grossly inflated position doing more or less everything else. Mike just leaves them to it. Even the missus said "if I ran a football club, the priority would be facilities and youth. Pays for itself." It took new legislation to get the club to pull their finger out on youth, yet even today we're behind Sunderland, a League One outfit. The facilities are utterly laughable, we won't even pay for a £3m refurb. £3m, ffs. Pocket change. You get the feeling that particular slice of pie went to Rafa's salary. Every penny, and all that.
Don't think it would,City had complete control over the final cut,a no warts and all doc if you like.
Quite interestingly they are talking about a reschedule for the end of Sept. Maybe they are busy selling the club so only need to put off the forum for another month before it’s public knowledge?
You're remarkably optimistic today ACS. Maybe it's because Keith thinks the protests will all have blown over by then?
So the mug doesn’t spill the beans. Also it could be seen as a source of negative PR which may damage the sale...
Im watching it fantastic set up.. Great manager ,players and facilities... And the kit man brendan . He's mental.
