I have been thinking about how a vaccine works to train the immune system to recognize and attack virus or infection. this is a natural thing and happens from birth when a newborn drinks his mothers breast milk. which gives the baby a head start in T cell and Bcell production. My suggestion is vaccinate pregnant mothers, then feed the rest of us on breast milk, job done and it halts the anti-vaxers in their tracks.
