im sure this will help our cause to bring cody back in the summer, but i doubt it will help in the short term. if anything it will hinder it! unless they go straight to insovency and the club disappears, which nobody wants to see, even if it means we get cody for nothing!
Macdonald is playing for Coventry tonight. Unless he has a nightmare this will make him more likely to be stuck at Coventry for the foreseeable future. If he ever is a serious candidate to join the Gills permanently the issue will be salary.
