We always take two thousand plus to the ricoh,first game away should be a excellent following. i missed it last year what with their drop down a division,should be a cracker,always a good atmosphere and normally a away win.
Don't think it will be as easy as seasons pasts but with the trouble they are going through at the moment we might have got them at the right time away. 6 points to start the season off would be great, Especially going into the wolves game.
Boring plastic stadium in the middle of nowhere. Been good when the away end is rammed but bad enough not to to want to go ever again when not. As for the home fans have to feel sorry for them playing in it.
Went last time, atmosphere was better in the verve (?) pub v the ground. No wonder their rivals call it the Reeko.
Are Coventry definitely playing at the Ricoh next season? I know they had the big bust-up with the stadium owners and "left", but I recall reading a week or so ago that the Ricoh have offered them next season rent free. Don't recall reading if the club had accepted or were looking elsewhere.
If we win our first game, I imagine it might be a bit more than that given its one of the nearer games,,,,
