Another cb off and suspended, Bolasie too, 3 goals off our gd( which will matter this season) and I heard we were all over them for much of the first half.
Sounds like we truly dropped a huge, steaming poopsie-woopsie on this one.<grr><grr>

I hope that Del fines both players who were dismissed as heavily as is possible.

Playing the likes of dirty Leeds is tough at the best of times (not that CJS and co would have a clue what it's like of course despite his inevitable 'wit' on our board) but trying to do it with 9 men is just ridiculous.
I was hopeful of at least a point today, but we need to scrap for every ball from now until game 46 to ensure we stay up, and having players sent off is not the way to do it.

Sort the discipline Del and quick.

Not just me sunshine, the whole of football knows you as dirty Leeds and you'll never ever lose the tag. That along with the label of cheats and arrogant bastards from the 70's.

Well done for a good 3 points today though !

Oh my, WE were dirty, have you seen the list of cards and fouls. Disgusting attempt to bully us around the pitch. You got what was coming playing like that. I remember the decade we WERE dirty Leeds and you lads tried it on with us and got just what you deserved. Very ill disciplined team.

"I hope we give the big headed ****ing know all Yorkshire bastards a right good pasting tomorrow, although I'd be happy with 1-0 and not have to listen to all their **** for another year.

I've never liked Leeds ever since I was a kid and they had dodgy Don Revie in charge. I was chuffed to bits when we beat the big time charlies at Elland Road in the cup and I was there too !

Even so the local neanderthals wanted to pick on me and my mate after the match because we'd won. We were just 13 at the time, so it just shows the level of intelligence at play

    COYR !!!!!!!!!!!!"

Another of your excellent posts from a different thread :)

just to let you know only 2 seasons ago we were playing leeds in league 1. the season before that we had two 2-2 draws against them.
oh and we played yeovil a few years ago (yes yeovil are not leeds) and we were 2-0 down with only 9 men. we came back and drew. it can be done :)

Seeing as you didn't bother to reply, I'll guess you're referring to the cup replay in February 1974. That makes you in your early 50's by my reckoning, you really ought to be behaving with a little more dignity online lol

    FA Cup R5 R Feb 19 Bristol City (H) 0-1 (L) 47,128

Don't agree with that one as far as Wilson is concerned AN, what was he supposed to do, make no challenge and let McCormack through on goal...??

Thats not a discilpine thing, thats called doing his job and I would have fined him heavily for NOT doing that....!!!

As far as the tackle was concerned, this is the split second difference between making a perfectly timed tackle and just clipping the player. McCormack didn't go down, he just stumbled in his run. Bolaise's 2nd booking looked a little harsh from the other end as it looked like a tangle of feet more than anything else but that was from 80 yards away...

Double edged sword Prem. Going a man down early on against decent opposition is usually more difficult to overcome than a goal down
