    in short yes... Portsmouth sold everyone and the last 3 hangers on had to be begged to phook of and not ruin the club forever.

    the thing is valencia should be like this, in fact ANY club taken into administration should be like this. The FA should not be taking points off clubs who go this route they should be laying down clear guidelines of what will happen like;

    a) relegated to next division

    b) all contracts to have clause for admin by law, wages reduced to sustainable level of revenue.

    c) all players put up for sale.... administrators regulated to ensure a playing team is maintained.

    d) non playing staff laid off

    e) club and club assets no matter what shell companies hold stuff to be amalgamated into one company for sale... do not allow asset stripping like stadium etc.

    f) where feasible sell stadia to local councils and lay lease to council

    i think a bit of hard line law is needed to protect the fans here. we pay too much to see assholes, like those who ruined pompey and are ruining blackbrun or lik G&H who we just got out of by the skin of our teeth, swan in and pick the bones of clubs.

    it'll never happen...... bastard FA blaziers are corrupt

    Hearts, who have put their entire squad up for sale in an attempt to stay afloat, will not be able to command a transfer fee for Danny Wilson.

    It has emerged that the Tynecastle club are yet to register the Scotland international defender's contract with the Scottish Football Association.

    The 21-year-old had been on loan from Liverpool but his signing on a three-year deal was announced last month.

    However, he remains a Liverpool player until his contract ends there in July.
