Could we really see the north-east teams relegated?

Still a while to go yet but both Sunderland and Newcastle remain in the bottom three. They could go down and be replaced by Middlesbrough. £80m spent by McLaren.

I think Villa, Norwich and one of Sunderland or Newcastle.

Last season, after 29 games, Leicester had 19 points, 7 points from safety, and 9 points behind Hull who replaced them in the bottom 3.

Leicester finished on 41 points ....... anything can still happen ..... look at Leicester now! <cheers>

Firstly...i certainly hope so :) plus West Brom - Sorry Tone

Re Leicester, I think I'm right in saying that taking into account the last 10 or so games, they were 2nd in the league (not sure and its too early to google). Whatever, Pearson deserves a lot of credit and of course Raniere for not tinkering.

Villa obviously, and out of the 2 Sunderland are probably the weakest. I still think Norwich or West Brom could go.

Yep - looks like we are committing football suicide again this season. Shame as it looked quite promising after the Christmas period. Since then, it's gone tits up.
