could Saturday be called off

The forecast is rubbish and with it being a conference ground , I'm a little but worried , first away game for weeks aswell .

 

A conference ground? York City were a league side for 75 years and only out the league for 9 years! Bit of an insult calling Bootham Crescent a conference ground, dont you think?

 

Okay sorry in my time following gillingham and football , I have thought of them as that, although it's not a big ground , getting away from the point though , would hate to go all that way and then for it to get called off

Going back to earlier comments about York being in the conference for nine years, we need to be conscious of people's ages. What might be the respected return of a league club in the eyes of us oldies, could well be a non league side in say the eyes of a 19 year old.

 

Interestingly when was the last time we had a game postponed due to rain. I know we had one called off at
Accrington Fa cup game , but waterlogged
