Spurs have suffered with form, with the threat of harry going to england so expect spurs to win 3-1 against bolton now the shackles are lifted, and when roy gets the england job he will probably take over at the end of the season so bolton to draw 1-1 if wba, it all depends that rangers must beat stoke, and stoke at home against bolton i would expect bolton to only get a draw there, its possible that rangers could be safe by the time they play man city on goal difference,if bolton lose the next 2 at home. stranger things have happened, i still see bolton the one to go down
Fulham I was only saying the same thing this morning to my wife's sister in the bath, Harry will be well up to it now so come on you Spurs.
I just heard that slimeball Bolton manager say what a great guy Roy is and how he respects him. He's after a favour at our expense. The FA have probably timed this to put another nail in our coffin. Roy will need to see a speech therapist to stop him sounding like the love child of a jewish taxi driver and a trannie washerwoman. He will get ruined by the media if he takes that Masonic pledge.
I like Woy. He's the last of a certain breed of football gents of the Bobby Robson ilk, and I say best of luck to him. Maybe I'm being a pessimist but if we go down I can easily see Hughes being tempted by the vacant WBA job.
Not sure if his ambition will have a lot to do with it if he takes us down and his reputation takes a knock. I reckon he'd have to be happy with any premier league job.
I'm beginning to think that he has bought into the TF/AB vision for the club. Some good "signings" behind the scenes. He might think that he has more of a chance of becoming the next Wenger or Ferguson through longevity with one club. He had the chance at Citeh, but it didn't work out. Too many conflicts. Now he has the chance to do it (almost) from scratch. I think he might be here for the long haul.. Whether he can get us out of the Championship (if we go down) .. that is another story!
Agree Eamon. He will certainly upset a lot of his camp followers (and their families) if he goes now. And IF we go down I reckon he will be allowed to keep whichever players he wants, regardless of wages. Also think Woy is a good choice for England, though the press will make his life hell and he'll be gone within 18 months. At least he has real international experience. Arry's achievements add up to one FA cup and a fourth place finish in 30 years of management. He's just Warnock with better players and a cheeky chappie persona.
I do hope you're right there Eamon. It would be good to have a bit of stability in the club, regardless of what league we're in next season. Plus, if he walks away from his second club in a row I don't think that would impress any would-be suitors very much.
