I would like that, when they are done update Dolman then we get a nice ground!

Just be a shame as Bristol would lose out on a concert venue, but at least the ground would be updated

Rather stay at the gate myself, all this new stadium malarkey we can't fill the gate yet.

Rather we spent on the team and play at a full house Ashton gate.

mutch prefer to stay at the gate, perhaps ashton vale could be used to give something back to the community, like a romany and traveller cultural center, or perhaps a dog rescue facility as the locals love our furry friends so mutch.

The ground will still hold 14k if they shut the Williams down, but I would personally start on the Wedlocks put the away fans either in a section in the Williams or Atyeo, once the Wedlocks is rebuilt with a higher capacity then do the Williams and put the away fans in the Atyeo.
Put a conference hall attached to the Williams if it is true SL owns some of the land behind the Williams.
But this will cost as a percentage of AV was funded by the sale of AG

Anything in this or just a load of bollocks?

Rebuild the eastend as an EASTEND.

I hope that this is all pipe dreams and speculation.

We need a new stadium complete with all of the other revenue earning opportunities it would offer to move forward as a club.

Revamping the gate as just a football stadium won't generate the money we need from retail, hospitality, leisure, accommodation and other streams that AV would.
