Could Wenger do a Liverpool and go 25 years without winning a title? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/arsenal-must-not-do-liverpool-5403168
How long did it take Chelsea to win their first title ? Don't be too cocky. You have won 4 now and we have 11 and we will challenge Chelsea next season for the title as will United and City. I believe that these top 4 sides will share the titles in the next few years as their squads are comparable and no one will dominate every year
Didn't Chelsea take 50 (fifty) years to win their second title and ultimately had to buy it? If Arsenal get a sugar daddy then they've as good a chance as anyone of winning a title in the next 10 years. So have a club like Everton who are a good comparison to Chelsea pre-Roman (no offence to the Everton fan on here as I'm aware that you have a lot more history!).
You have 13. Who are the top four sides you mention: City Chelsea and who else??? Arsenal do have a good squad but need a winner as coach
Well Spurs have already done a Double Liverpool - in that they haven't won the title for over 50 years - lol
Wenger's typically french tenure as arsenal manager mirrors his countrymen in the early part of the 20th century. Did well in the first war but surrendered in the second...and like his country, will most likely need someone else to come in to save him and arsenal.
The Chavs and the Spuds are the ones to laugh at on this thread. 52 years and counting since the last Spud title and 50 years in the wilderness before the Chavs had to rely on Roman's spunk to buy them the title again Chavs = Millwall with a Lottery win.
So Spurs have done a double Liverpool already then ! 52 years since Spurs last league title, 25 years since Liverpools last title, And they think they are big clubs. Lol. How do they have the front to take the piss out of our league drought !
Winning at any cost is something repugnant to me. That's why I support Spurs, because we can't win anything, at any cost.
Wouldn't they have to be the top dog with most titles before they can go do a Liverpool and have a long dry spell? United went longer without a title, but to be fair to them they were nobodies before Sky came along so they couldn't really do a Liverpool till they actually had a height to fall from. Chelsea will have to win 3 or 4 more CLs and 14 at least more league titles before they can even consider doing a Liverpool
