after watching the football league show last night, it was said that ME had gone into the dressing room and gave PJ his public support. can we assume that PJ is going to be rewarded with another contract? or is this the dreaded vote of confidence? not even ME would reward such abject failure with an extended contract,but after his public declaration of support I wonder what would happen if PJ asked for another contract. has ME backed himself into a corner.
