    To be fair to TUO ( we can only speculate the reason for his enquiry as he does not elaborate ) - the question is technically an interesting one. I would agree with Sam - as the child has not had much chance to have a life - whereas a suicide 'victim' has chosen to end their life when their mind must be in a real mess, thus making it a tragedy./ sad.
    For now I will give TUO the benefit of doubt.
