It seems that almost everything has gone through a process apart from Fresh veg/fruit/ salad and meats .
You think eating Bran flakes are good for you but apparently not they are processed food .
I tend to stay away from ready meals ( apart from the odd M&S Italian meals . They are mainly **** .
Low fat and Low sugar is just a marketing con but plenty fall for it .
I don't see how it's easy to completely avoid processed food .
Ultra processed I tend to not like anyway .

If you shop locally if your like me and are lucky enough to livs pretty much on outskirts of Brecon which is a farmers town you should be fine……cook your own food so you know what’s being added

I always tell people drinking Diet Coke or the likes they’ll be better of drinking the full sugar version so they know they have to cut it out or limit the amount….. and f can says diet or zero people’s think jobs a good un I can swig too my heart content only for it to do more damage

We could go on about the industries lack of care and attention for the wellbeing of the consumers……as per its all about profits and eventually they can hand them over to big pharma to treat illnesses caused

jobs a good un <laugh>

If you want meat…….I’d suggest paliowales all grass fed zero antibiotics and traceable back to the source ie farm and land used……it’s local farmers who had enough of Tesco and the likes so started up offering quality over quantity

The nurse is at it again. He is making about 1.5m a year from his YouTube talks and can spread misinformation at will.

you seem to forget that YouTube has got ott rules on Covid misinformation so my question for you is why isn’t he banned for this spreading of misinformation….maybe just maybe it’s because he uses whats available for all to see because he shows you the official source of information available freely that you can check yourself

don’t be jealous of his popularity fella it makes you seem bitter and twisted :emoticon-0140-rofl:

Ps that twitter post is false I’ve already posted the vax hero fauci say previous infection gives you protection against the new variant

tut tut peej again I know why I’m on ignore you can’t handle the truth <laugh>
