I’m in the uncomfortable position of wanting the Spammers to win. Not because I dislike Liverpool, and as for West Ham, they can **** off quite frankly. But I’ve had a bet with a very loud Liverpool supporting workmate, that they won’t win the title.
I’ve got BTTS as the final leg in a 5 fold. So I’ve now backed no, at 8/1 and am sat here loving life at the minute. <laugh>

I'm loving how the Premier League table is at the moment, it will bring in more neutral viewing figures.

It’s the most entertaining start to a season I can remember for decades. Saints form isn’t too shabby either. Just gutted I can’t get in to see a game

I had until yesterday to take up a footie offer, of £20 a month for three months for all the SKY footie, if it had been like last season, I wouldn't have bothered, but because it's so open I accepted the offer. Although it's non contractual.

I’ve got BT Sport, that’s it at the moment. Spent the afternoon watching ITV Racing, which is good coverage. If I ever got Sky, it would be for the cricket. I don’t want to give Rupert Murdoch the skin off of one of my farts, but didn’t I hear he doesn’t own Sky anymore?

Not sure who owns it now mate. I've got an app on my phone for BT, that I set up last season, so if there's a game I really want to watch, I can subscribe for that month only. Plus I'm subscribing to each Gills match day via the EFL on IFollow, that's tenner a throw, but easily cheaper than going to a game.

In a boozer and you can see a big part of the problem; group of about ten at other end of pub playing pool, no masks and shaking hands n hugging.

Staff clearly don't give a ****. Gonna go somewhere else, even if barmaid is a wid.

The rules are a little strange.

Even if I tested positive the people in my household did not have to isolate if they were not showing symptoms.

Also, if I got a negative I still had to isolate.

Another one. My mate has it and was told he could go back to work Monday after self isolating but now as another one of his colleagues has it he has to isolate for another two weeks despite the fact he's not been out!

They will be ****ing rammed come Wednesday night!

And these are the ****s who have been largely culpible for the situation we're in. The very same ones who'll be revelling inside and outside of pubs. If we could take 'em all out in one go on wednesday night, it might solve the problem in one swoop!

I agree massive mistakes have been made but it is very easy for Starmer to sit there saying you should do this, you should do that, with zero culpability.

How do you know 'he's right'?

The whole of Europe is in the same situation and is literally making it up as they go along, no one knows what's actually right, clearly.

What Starmer should be doing is collaborating in this situation. He's coming across as a right ****, to be absolutely honest.

As is Johnson of course.

How do you know Starmer is right in advocating the following of advice from the medical experts? ... just a hunch <doh>
