SCIENTISTS racing to find a coronavirus vaccine will infect volunteers with a strain of the deadly bug - for £3,500.

Up to 24 people at a time will be paid to be infected with a less harmful form of Covid-19 at a lab in east London, as part of a global experiment.

BREAK: Irish cabinet meeting recommends cancellation of the annual St Patrick’s Day parade due to Coronavirus.

Italy has started to self isolate as a country. It is strange that Russia or North Korea have reported any deaths yet. And stranger to that Russian planes were "escorted" out of UK air zones. Must be my suspicious mind working overtime. I still believe that someone or some corporation are going to come away from this a damn sight richer than what they are now.....

Went into Boots to get a pneumonia vaccine jab today (nothing to do with the virus, won’t stop that, but thanks for the heads up Strolls). Talking to the pharmacist it turns out that they are getting deliveries of hand sanitiser everyday, and it’s sold out 2 minutes after opening. She had a bloke in tears earlier today - poor man had a colostomy bag and genuinely needs to keep stuff properly clean, but can’t find the gel anywhere.

People really should think about what they genuinely need rather than how much they can stuff in a bag.

Lot of freaky stuff going on in terms of reactions to this germ now, at all levels all over the place.
