I was a bit baffled by this - why take a youth player on loan - unless of course Sheff Utd are desperate for cash and hoping we will offer for him?
I think it's a 'with a view to a permanent' sort of deal, or maybe Sheff have decided to play in our excellent academy for a bit of experience? Just a thought.
Some Sheffield United fans i have spoken to him dont think he is going to make it there. They have quite a few decent players coming through but they dont consider Gregory one of them. We just have to trust who ever scouted him weather it was Steve Walsh or someone else.
