Surely it will be between Hamilton and Rosberg these two are going to be more at each others throat than last year.

Ferrari have been quiet for a while. It's time they did something iffy.

They have started to lay down some pain on Red Bull recently and with the darling Vettel moving to Ferrari, they are open for fire.

1: F1 will revert back to V8 in 2017 with ERS or something on those lines, Mercedes intends to leave F1 after 2016 season.

2: Lewis announces his retirement from F1 after Nicole gives him an ultimatum to focus on their future rather than his sport.

3: More **** flinging by Ferrari and Alonso on why they didn't do very well their time together.

Supposedly Nicole has given him the boot because he refused to marry her. So there was an ultimatum, just not that one.

For my controversy I'm going for Fernando having a meltdown because Ferrari will come good just as he has left and McLaren won't live up to their own hype about how good the car is again. Time for 2007 mark 2.

If it truly is off the books their 'relationship', then Lewis signing that Mercedes contract should be a formality and we should get something soon. But in my opinion the longer he delays the more obvious its going to get that he is worried that threat by her in the media (will) be his last chance with Nicole and will eventually cave in.

I wouldn't want Lewis gone as he's in his prime at the moment, but I'm not Lewis. He either takes the contract, gambles that he could easily get to 3+ WDC's and lose Nicole for good. Or he retires a triple WDC and goes into music with Nicole and have a family life.

Yep, if the only reason Marussia are not on the grid in Melbourne is because of that, then the whole weekend will be dominated with that story.

From Bernie's point of view that may be good if Mercedes are dominant again as it will cause a distraction from that, but all this negativity surely is turning the fans away?

Bob Fernley from Force India is now trying to say the only reason he voted against was that the proposal came from an ex Marussia director not the Administrator and didn't have any details of the proposal, it was only a 1 page letter!!!!
Nothing to do with the fact FI would get more prize money without Marussia!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole of F1 is rotten and they need the backsides kicking so they remember this is a sport. They should behave in a sportsmanship way.

I reckon the controversy of the season will be when Tamara Ecclestone orders a hot pink Bentley, and when it's delivered it turns out they painted it baby pink.

    Meltdown!!!

Force India now blaming Marussia and Caterham for their inability to attend testing!!! They say that after Marussia and Caterham left suppliers without payment the suppliers will no longer give them credit. Maybe it's something to do with their Owners credit rating and his legal situation in India????????

Sorry but much as I like the underdog FI the management have tainted Force India's image badly.

Red Bull threaten to ditch Renault if they have another rubbish power unit. I think we'll see another sneaky move to get the momentum from Rosberg too.

They've been threatening to do ditch Renault ever since they have been with them.

Renault should ditch them for all the bad mouthing Horner does. Mercedes refuse to supply Red Bull, meaning they either go for Ferrari units, which are worse than Renault, or link up with Honda. Not so much a controversy, would just be plain funny.
