McClure, Evans, Horlock and Fletcher released. Hogan offered new deal. Shame about McClure but he has never really kicked on, nice lad and I wish him all the best. Craig talks to start soon.
Mcclure was injured too much no so surprise, we can't afford to pay someone who misses the amount of games he did with our budget. Hope he can find another club probably in the conference.
Mclure occasionally looked like the real deal, but when he has played this season, he missed so many chances that you would have expected him to bury. That fact, coupled with his injury record and our need for the small squad that we do have to be effective. The release is a no brainer
cant say im surprised at any of the releases - McClure has had so many chances but just couldn't gain any consistency, Fletcher and Horlock didn't appear to have it to cut into the first team and Evans was a waste of everyones time really. I expect Steven Craig to be offered a new deal, if he will take it or not I don't know because I know clubs in Scotland are looking to bring him back but he would certainly be a loss
