I'd like to echo these sentiments. I didn't enjoy what the referee did with the match, but I did enjoy the match itself. Great, end to end, entertaining stuff. I am also a secret fan of what Tony Pulis has achieved with Stoke in the last few years. I wish you well.
I have nothing against Stoke (apart from Shawcross who should be sent off every game) and I wish them the best of luck. However, the referee had a shocking game today. Competent officials and that game would have finished 3-1 to to Spurs.
Some Spurs fans eh... Like I saw Parker KICK Shawcross just before a corner for Spurs first half? The REF didn't do ANYTHING.. goes around, comes around.. STOP whinging.. Shawcross had a great game all ELEVEN did. And THAT tackle from PALACIOS with five mins left was brilliant. The last 15mins or so it was emabarassing to watch Spurs player's were going down for anything/everything.. even (the ref) got wise to it.. EVENTUALLY.. We had (some) luck so did Spurs.. we could have scored a couple more before half time easily. Had WE taken our chances. Your fans said on Friday.. we can't defend and so it proved.. Crouch is GOD! His touch and turn for the goal was brilliant. I wish Spurs well, I'm sure ALL the STOKE fans do. I'm off to watch MOTD 2 ENJOY IT my fellow Stokie's

The first half performance was probably one of the best I have ever seen from Stoke Yes the ref was a total pl*b and destroyed the second half with his incompetance but like some of you have said every team gets their fair share of luck etc Good luck in Europe - I think you could be in for a long campaign!
