    To one of my favourite managers, Tony Mowbray of Middlesborogh, I am sure his award was whilst somewhat unexpected, richly deserved.

    Matthew Bates also deserves a round of applause for a reportedly outstanding defensive display last month for his club.

    Nice of Singing Blue 3 to praise you and I second his sentiments, well done it was deserved, however SB3 is really only using it as a Wind Up against the Saints, his sincerity is dubious to say the least.
